Billing Add-ons Management

The Add-ons tab manages optional billable features that can be attached to an order.

Supported pricing models

• Fixed: explicit base price in cents
• Tiered / Custom: non-fixed pricing workflows

Key actions

• Create and edit add-ons
• Control activation and display order
• Set visibility (PUBLIC or ADMIN_ONLY)
• Archive/unarchive or delete
• Force-sync to QuickBooks Online

Validation notes

When creating or editing:

• Internal name is required
• Fixed pricing expects cents input (for example, 5000 = $50.00)
• Display order should be an integer for predictable UI ordering

Operational guidance

Use ADMIN_ONLY for internal or assisted-sales options that should not appear on public submission flows.
