Admin Billing Orders Tab

The Orders tab provides a paginated operational view of listing orders with invoice-relevant metadata.

What you can do

  • Filter by status (multi-select chips)
  • Filter by date range
  • Page through order history
  • Open a row to inspect full order billing details in the side drawer

Table columns

  • Order identifier
  • Account (billing contact)
  • Package
  • Status
  • Total
  • Created date
  • Invoiced date

Best practices

  1. Start with status filters to isolate work queues (for example, pending/invoiced/paid).
  2. Use date range to review period-specific invoice activity.
  3. Open row details before taking invoice actions to confirm line-item accuracy.

Limitations to be aware of

Some filters/fields are intentionally constrained by current API support. If a field is not exposed in this view, use order detail pages or report a feature request for API expansion.
