Admin Billing Dashboard Overview
The Admin Billing dashboard is the central place to manage billing operations for listing orders. It combines invoice lifecycle visibility with catalog management (packages and add-ons) and billing integrations.
Shortcut:
/admin/billingredirects to/settings/admin/billing.
Access and permissions
- Minimum role: admin
- Page-level access is RBAC-protected under settings permissions.
- Write actions (create/edit/archive/delete/sync) are visible only to users with
settings:write.
Tabs at a glance
- Orders: Monitor order status and invoice timing, then open a detailed drawer for invoice actions.
- Packages: Manage listing package catalog and pricing metadata.
- Add-ons: Manage optional purchasable extras and visibility rules.
- Settings: Configure invoice reminder schedule and QuickBooks connection.
Recommended operating flow
- Review invoice pipeline health in Orders.
- Open order details to verify billing contact and line items before action.
- Maintain sellable catalog in Packages and Add-ons.
- Confirm integration health in Settings (QuickBooks + reminders).
Notes
- Some order actions may appear as coming soon if backend operations are not yet enabled in the current API contract.
- Query-string tab deep links are supported (for example,
?tab=orders,?tab=packages).
