Billing Packages Management

The Packages tab controls the primary pricing catalog used in listing order billing.

Key actions

• Create new package
• Edit package fields
• Archive / unarchive package visibility
• Delete package
• Force-sync package item mapping to QuickBooks Online

Important behavior

• Archived packages are hidden from new submissions but preserved for historical orders.
• Deleting affects future selection; existing orders are not retroactively rewritten.
• Write actions are permission-gated (settings:write).

Data points to monitor

• Active/inactive state
• Display name and internal name
• Pricing value and quote requirements
• QuickBooks item identifier (when connected)
