Billing Settings, Reminders, and QuickBooks

The Settings tab combines reminder scheduling and billing integration health checks.

Invoice reminder schedule

You can configure:

• Enabled/disabled reminder processing
• Pre-due reminder day offsets (comma-separated integers)
• Post-due reminder day offsets (comma-separated integers)
• Max reminders per invoice

Input rules

• Day lists must be non-negative integers
• Maximum 10 day entries per list
• Max reminders must be an integer between 0 and 20

QuickBooks Online connection

This section shows:

• Connected/not connected state
• Realm ID (if connected)
• Connection timestamp
• Token expiry timestamp

Common operations

• Connect QuickBooks to enable invoice/payment synchronization
• Disconnect to revoke stored tokens and stop sync-dependent workflows
