CRM Deals

The Deals section tracks active sales opportunities tied to organizations. Each deal has a value, a probability, a close date, and a full communication history — giving you everything you need to manage your pipeline and forecast revenue.

Deal List

The list shows all deals with their stage, value, close date, and assigned owner. Use the search bar and status filter to narrow results. Click any row to open the deal's detail panel.

Creating a Deal

Click New Deal to open the create form:

Revenue Forecasting

The Revenue Forecast panel appears above the deal list and projects pipeline revenue month-by-month based on weighted deal values.

Weighted value = Deal value × Probability %

For example, a $10,000 deal at 60% probability contributes $6,000 to the forecast. Deals grouped by expected close month give you a rolling 3–6 month revenue outlook.

Communication History

Each deal has a Communications tab where you can log every interaction:

  • Call — Log a phone call with date, duration, and outcome notes
  • Email — Record an email exchange or attach a sent email
  • Meeting — Note a meeting with attendees and outcomes

Communication history builds a complete record of every touchpoint so anyone on the team can pick up where another left off.

Deal Stages

Stages reflect where a deal is in your sales process. The default stages are:

  1. Prospecting
  2. Qualification
  3. Proposal
  4. Negotiation
  5. Closed Won
  6. Closed Lost

Stages are shared across all deals and can be customized via the Pipeline section if your process requires different labels.
