CRM Overview
The CRM hub is your starting point for managing employer relationships. It surfaces the most important activity at a glance — open tasks, overdue follow-ups, recent notes, and activity trends — so you can jump straight into what needs attention.
Dashboard Panels
Stat Cards — Four headline numbers at the top of the page:
- Open Tasks — Tasks not yet marked complete across all organizations
- In Progress — Tasks with an "in progress" status
- Follow-ups — Notes flagged as follow-up type
- Tags — Total number of CRM tags defined in the system
Analytics Chart — A bar chart showing CRM activity (notes and tasks logged) over the last 7, 30, or 90 days. Use the date range selector to zoom in or out. Click Export CSV to download the raw activity data for external reporting.
Pending Follow-ups — A real-time list of notes marked as follow-up type that have not yet been resolved. Click any row to open the note detail.
Overdue Tasks — Tasks whose due date has passed and are not yet complete. Click any row to go directly to the task and update its status.
