CRM Pipeline

The Pipeline board gives you a visual, drag-and-drop view of where every employer organization sits in your sales or onboarding process. Each column represents a stage, and you move organizations between stages by dragging cards.

The Kanban Board

Each column on the board represents a pipeline stage. Organization cards appear in the column matching their current stage. The card shows:

  • Organization name
  • Number of open tasks
  • Most recent note date
  • Assigned tags

Moving Organizations Between Stages

Drag an organization card from one column and drop it onto another. The stage update saves automatically — no confirmation step required.

Managing Multiple Pipelines

If your team runs separate pipelines (e.g. "Sales" and "Onboarding"), use the Pipeline selector at the top of the board to switch between them. Each pipeline has its own independent set of stages.

Managing Stages

Click Manage Stages to open the stage management panel:

To add a stage:

  1. Type a stage name in the input field
  2. Click Add Stage
  3. The new column appears on the right end of the board

To rename a stage:

  1. Click the stage name in the Manage Stages panel
  2. Edit the name inline
  3. Press Enter or click away to save

To delete a stage:

  1. Click the delete icon next to the stage name
  2. Confirm the deletion
  3. Organizations in the deleted stage move to the first stage automatically

Warning: Deleting a stage is permanent. Organizations in that stage will be reassigned to the first available stage.

Creating a New Pipeline

In the Manage Stages panel, click New Pipeline, give it a name, and add your first stages. The new pipeline appears in the pipeline selector immediately.

Tips

  • Use tags (set from the organization detail page) to add context to cards without creating new stages
  • Keep stages broad enough to reflect real workflow steps — too many stages makes the board harder to read
  • The Pipeline board shows all organizations, including those with no CRM activity yet

Access Requirements

  • Role: Admin or Super Admin
  • Permission: crm:manage
  • Navigate to: Admin → CRM → Pipeline
