CRM Tasks

Tasks are action items tied to organizations or listings. The Tasks page shows every task across the entire CRM — regardless of which organization it belongs to — so you can work from a single prioritized list.

Task List

Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow your view:

  • Status — Filter by Open, In Progress, or Completed
  • Priority — Filter by Low, Medium, or High
  • Overdue — Toggle to show only tasks past their due date
  • Search — Full-text search on task title and description

Each row shows the task title, linked organization, due date, priority badge, and assigned admin. Click any row to open the task detail page.

Creating a Task

Click New Task to open the task form:

TitleShort label for the task

PriorityLow, Medium, or High
Due DateWhen the task should be completed
Assigned ToWhich admin is responsible
OrganizationThe organization this task belongs to (optional)
ListingThe listing this task belongs to (optional)

Tasks can be linked to an organization, a listing, both, or neither.

Task Detail Page

Click a task row to open its full detail page. From here you can:

  • Edit any field inline — status, priority, due date, assignee
  • Toggle status — Use the status dropdown to advance from Open → In Progress → Completed
  • Delete the task (with confirmation)
  • View the linked organization — Click the organization name to navigate directly to the org detail page

Bulk Actions

Select multiple tasks using the checkboxes on the left of each row. Once at least one task is selected, the Bulk Action Bar appears at the bottom of the screen. Available bulk actions:

  • Mark Complete — Set all selected tasks to Completed status

Overdue Tasks

A task becomes overdue when its due date passes and the status is not Completed. Overdue tasks also appear in the CRM Overview dashboard panel for quick access.

Tasks on Organization Pages

Tasks can also be created and viewed directly from an organization's detail page under the CRM tab. Tasks created there are automatically linked to that organization and appear here in the global list as well.

Access Requirements
